The auction sale will be conducted online through the e-auction portal. Bidders must register on the portal using their email and mobile number, complete eKYC through Digilocker, and transfer the EMD amount to their e-Wallet before the auction date. Bidders not depositing the required EMD will not be allowed to participate. The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the bid amount on the same day or the next working day, with the remaining amount due within 15 days. The properties are sold on an ''AS IS WHERE IS BASIS''. |
